Supercroc Sound Track,
A Wall Mural Speaks |
||||||||||||||||||
| What did it sound like when two Cretaceous giants met along the ancient flood plains of North Africa 110 million years ago? Exploring the auditory possibilities, Doug applied his sound art to this captivating scene depicting Sarcosuchus (Supercroc) and Suchomimus. Hear a real audio excerpt of Doug's Supercroc Sound track... Created by paleo-artist Raul Martin, the artwork was transformed into a dramatic, 30-foot long mural for the Project Exploration exhibit, The Science of Supercroc. Martin's artwork was also featured as a two-page spread in Paul Serenos National Geographic Magazine article, "Supercroc" (see NG Mag., December 2001).
